All property owners participating in the short-term nightly rental program with Cape Crossing Resort Management Program are eligible for Cape Crossing Resort Management services.
Owners can enjoy peace of mind knowing that our on-site team of management and marketing professionals, cleaning service, and maintenance staff is on the job 24-hours a day ensuring that their property is well taken care of, and at the same time owners receive a revenue stream from short-term nightly and weekly rentals.
We have developed a detailed and carefully mapped-out process of caring for rental properties which has evolved over the years to assure quality standards for Cape Crossing Resort owners and guests. Each component of this system has been meticulously designed to assure quality services for both owner and guest.
Our on-site office will be available to accept reservations starting late summer for rental January 2016. in addition to the online reservation system. Our well-trained staff prides itself on its professional handling of inquiries and, as important, its personal concern in dealing with owner reservations and requests for information. After hours calls are handled by Cape Crossing Resort Management which can assist potential guests with reservation questions as well as contact on-call staff in case of emergencies, enabling us to help guests 24 hours a day.
While all Cape Crossing Resort Management team members are able to answer questions, each owner will be assigned a dedicated Homeowner Representative as a main point of contact, and they will be able to reach them directly.
